Glenn brings a rich background in travel & hospitality, starting as a pearl diver at a family resort and now serving as CEO of a five-star luxury adventure tour and cruise company. His career is marked by overcoming complex challenges across start-ups, rapid growth companies, and mature enterprises, consistently delivering exceptional growth, operational performance, and profitability. Glenn has led high-level strategic initiatives encompassing turnarounds, reorganizations, and crisis management. With a strong transactional background in start-up financing, mergers and acquisitions, as well as horizontal roll-ups and company sales, he continues to drive impactful transformations in the industry.

Paul McQuiston - Director of Business Development

Paul is a certified residential appraiser who has been appraising homes in the Puget Sound region since 2005. A graduate of the University of Washington and Seattle native, Paul boasts extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Alongside his market expertise, Paul brings a deep understanding of what it takes for vacation properties to excel in the current rental climate.

Sarah Carter - Director of Operations

Meet Sarah, a dynamic hospitality professional with over 15 years of expertise in luxury hotels and vacation rental management. She has worked with renowned companies such as Vacasa, TurnKey Vacation Rentals, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Sarah holds a degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University, where her passion for travel was ignited during her semester abroad in Switzerland. Adriana has been a member of the Enclaves team since 2022, holding a degree in education and certifications in Technology and Business EDGE from the University of São Paulo. With a background in school administration and expertise in technological support, particularly in ICTs and LMS platforms, she brings invaluable knowledge to her role. Adriana is dedicated to enhancing listings at Enclaves, providing guests with detailed insights into the properties. She also oversees systems integration, ensuring seamless experiences for Online Travel Agency properties.
