Living Room: Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, furnished with a TV, a sofa bed, and modern décor. Flooded with natural light, it's perfect for both entertaining guests and quiet nights in.
SECOND FLOOR
Bathroom Full: Indulge in luxury in the full bathroom, complete with a bathtub, shower, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Soft towels are also provided for your comfort.
Bedroom: Retreat to the comfort of your private bedroom, offering a serene space to rest and recharge.
THIRD FLOOR

Capitol Hill, despite being urban, offers residents access to green spaces such as Cal Anderson Park, Volunteer Park, and Interlaken Park. These parks are ideal for picnics, sports, and leisurely walks. Additionally, Capitol Hill is a cultural hub with numerous art galleries, theaters, and performance venues showcasing local talent. Highlights include Cal Anderson Park with its green lawns, walking paths, and play area, and Volunteer Park, home to the Seattle Asian Art Museum and offering beautiful gardens and panoramic city views from the historic Water Tower.
Parking: The property offers 01 space parking, but it's easy to park on the street if necessary, providing the convenience of having your vehicle close by in the bustling city.
GUEST ACCESS
Please note that guests should be prepared to use the stairs regularly.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home including the front porch. The guests will utilize a self-check-in process to access both parking and the entirety of the home.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. Insurance is available at a cost of 7% of the gross rental fee and allows you to cancel at any time without penalty under one of the 30 covered reasons (additional information on this insurance is available upon request). Insurance is only available to US and Canadian travelers at this time.
