CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. Insurance is available at a cost of 7% of the gross rental fee and allows you to cancel at any time without penalty under one of the 30 covered reasons (additional information on this insurance is available upon request). Insurance is only available to US and Canadian travelers at this time.
